Kevin Marz
President & CEO
As President & CEO of Lumious, Kevin Marz’s primary focus is on the development of the talented and diverse team, and corporate strategy, direction, and financial performance. Throughout his career, he has gained diverse experience spanning direct sales, training, product management, high-tech start-ups, and executive leadership. This has enabled him to guide the transition of Lumious from a 30-year technology training delivery company into a boutique customized Learning & Development agency. Kevin is married to a successful entrepreneur and lives in Erie, Pennsylvania where he enjoys being a musician, avid fisherman, and motorcycle enthusiast.
Elizabeth Tsutsui
Senior Director of Operations & Human Resources
Since joining Lumious in 2016, Elizabeth Tsutsui, Senior Director of Operations and Human Resources, has been an increasingly important member of the Lumious family. Starting as a Training Coordinator, she is the go-to-person for all things Operations, Delivery, Support, and HR. With the breadth of her role, she connects with each of the employees across different topics – including employee engagement activities such as monthly virtual get-togethers. Liz is equally busy outside of Lumious with her family and 2 dogs.
Casie Stupp
Director of Business Development
Lumious’ Director of Business Development, Casie Stupp, applies her 20-plus years in Learning and Development when listening to her clients’ business challenges and goals, and then assembling the right team to craft a best-fit learning solution. She is known to roll up her sleeves for almost any role in L&D besides accounting. Residing in Milton, Georgia, Casie loves outdoor activities and is currently training for her 5th marathon. When she isn’t training, she enjoys watching sports, traveling, and Sunday brunches with family, friends, and their dog, Bella.
