Our customer was informally using job shadowing and peer coaching, but wanted to provide consistency, accountability, and proper timing to reinforce and support learners.
Lumious reviewed the current business practices and created a schedule of mentor/buddy activities timed for maximum reinforcement value. We developed a mentor enablement program with mentor toolkits which contained enablement videos, hot tips, worksheets for mentor activities, checklists, and other tips.
The onboarding program – and specifically this aspect of the program were so well-received, another department in the same company asked Lumious to replicate the effort.
