Our Washington, DC client had no formalized new manager training. This resulted in managers not following the policies and practices needed for compliance, project management, performance management, and more.
Lumious created a series of courses designed to give a high-level overview of processes and policies, as well as provide resources and contacts to new and existing managers. In addition, the courses provided extensive links to resources that encouraged learners to explore and find answers to common questions.
The expected result is a quicker time to proficiency for new managers and fewer errors when handling HR issues. This resulted in the client engaging Lumious for a second project focusing on recruiting and hiring.
