The Challenge

A quick service restaurant was opening multiple new ghost kitchen brands and needed assistance with creating branded training modules showing how to create menu items for each new restaurant.

The Solution

For this project, the customer had created initial design documents including content. Lumious was able to take these design documents and turn them into interactive courses. Some initial branding assets had been created by the customer’s marketing department, but Lumious worked with the brand to inform the look and feel of the courses, including creating some new animated characters and visual assets that aligned with the existing branding and piqued learner interest.

The Results

The customer felt the final deliverable exceeded expectations. This was Lumious’ first partnership with this customer. Since the success of this project, Lumious has partnered on many additional projects with this group and has been recommended to additional business units inside the corporation.
