A growing company in Atlanta, GA required an in-depth, onboarding needs analysis for six specific roles in production and engineering. They expect rapid growth through at least 2024 and wanted to get in front of the onboarding needs for these roles before they begin mass hiring. In addition, they were not quite sure what the career paths looked like for these roles.
Lumious spent time with the stakeholders, interviewed employees at the company, and presented a comprehensive plan for onboarding the six roles. The plan proposed career progressions for each role along with several overarching company culture components that can be used for recruiting and onboarding any role.
Because this onboarding program includes well over 100 potential deliverables, a phased approach to development was presented to ease project fatigue for the customer.
“I want to do all of this right now!” This was response from the client for the project after the comprehensive analysis phase. The program contains over 100 deliverables in more than 7 different modalities. This includes a microlearning library for safety reinforcement, an onboarding mentors program, and a series of short day-in-the life videos of each of the roles that will be utilized for training and recruiting.
