Poor communication habits can put the company and personnel at risk. Despite years of annual compliance, our customer continued to experience issues. They needed to deliver compliance training that would stick with learners long after they completed the training.
Employees engage in electronic communications daily. Lumious utilized storytelling in an animated video to tell the story of employees who used electronic communications to discuss something that resulted in them testifying about the messages in court. The real-life example narrated by “Sophie” delivered an impactful answer to the learner question, “What’s in it for me?”
The expectation for this training was to make a compliance issue more palatable to learners.
