Examine the different components of Emotional Intelligence and assess your personal strengths and potential development areas. You are then ready to improve your self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship management, and motivation skills.

Emotional intelligence allows you to interact with others more effectively. Explore ways to become more aware of the impact you have on the people around you. Once you have this awareness you can use that information to communicate more effectively, improve how you manage conflict, influence others, and effectively develop other people.
