Course Overview

We are often in situations where we need to influence results, but do not have direct authority over the person we are trying to influence.  Learn to use specific techniques such as connecting, attracting, persuading, and asserting.  Analyze when it is most appropriate to use each of these different styles and practice influencing others.  The focus shifts from preoccupation with our own goals and frustrations to understanding and satisfying the needs of others.
