This program is specifically designed to bring forward innovative ideas from your employees and give participants the skills needed to cultivate and implement the best ideas. At the end of this 12-week program, your team will have multiple mature solutions to business problems and a repeatable process to foster an enduring culture of innovation The 12-Week Innovation Journey includes Vision, Strategy and Enablement journeys. The Vision Journey, which is the first two days of the program, is devoted to refining your vision and testing its validity with the end user. The next five weeks is the Strategy Journey, which is dedicated to crafting an actionable strategy for enabling your vision, and planning all the resources needed for success. The final six weeks is the Enablement Journey, where you launch your solution, and begin measuring and evolving real-time. At the conclusion of this 12-week journey, you will have multiple matured solutions, and the skill set among your employees to repeat this innovation journey with new ideas.
